Monoblok

It incorporates any type of filling & closing system. Various combination are possible depending upon the type of product, container, closure, & capacity required.

Monoblok Vaccum

In Monoblok, the filling system is equipped with a vacuum pneumatic pump which creates a depression inside the container. The filling can be carried out only after the depressing phase. Once the pre-set level is achieved, the product in excess is collected in a recovery tank and afterwards it can be sent again to the process system before filling.

Suitable to fill and cap wine, liquor, all free flowing liquids

Monoblok Gravity

The filling is carried out by a simple fall. Once the pre-set filling level is achieved the product in excess is re-collected to the filling tank. in case the machine has to treat PET/PE/HDPE bottles. the filler can be equipped with a neck holding system.

Monoblok Counter Pressure

The Monoblok counter pressure bottling machine is designed for filling aerated water, soft drink and aerated juices.

The machine is controlled through touch screen PLC which controls the entire operation sequence such as no bottle, no rinse, no fill, no cap
