Bottles are loaded automatically and unloaded after rinsing automatically. For rinsing, bottles are picked up by gripping heads which are supported by a carousel that by tuning makes the gripper lever arms slide on a fixed guide.

In this way, bottles are turned upside down to have the openings at the bottom coincide with spray nozzles.

After rinsing, bottles are again turned back to the upright position during the rotary motion and carried over to the outfeed conveyor.
